Q. I want to book booth space, where is a Contract I can download?

Q. Are the show floor aisles carpeted? 
A. Yes. We wanted to create an upscale look for the show and all the aisles are carpeted. 

Q. Does my booth included a carpet or flooring? 
A. No. The Convention Centre floor is an exposed aggregate floor which does look satisfactory. If you install your own carpet you must use only Renfrew Double Coated Cloth Tape it is available from Central Display. We highly recommend that you use Central Display for your carpet needs. They have 4 colors and they have PRE-SHOW DISCOUNT on orders received 7 days before the show.

Q. Does my booth included a backdrop and side panels?
A. For 10’ x 10’ BOOTH EXHIBITORS (or multiples) you will get a back drop which is 8' High and 3' high side arms. Bulk Space Exhibitors have floor space only and their areas will be delineated with yellow floor markers.

Q. Does my booth space include electrical or water?
A. No. You will need to order that from the RBC Convention Centre. You will get special savings if you order early.

Q. Where can I hang my banners?
A. If you have a backdrop you can hang a banner off of that metal frame. Central Display will have metal hooks for you at a small fee. If you have bulk space you will need to request the RBC Convention Centre to to have your have your banner hung. Please fill out this sheet below and send it in.

Q. Can I bring balloons to the show? 
No. Helium is prohibited at the Convention Centre.

Q. What other "Rules" are there? 
RBC Convention Centre has some very specific rules for Tradeshows. Please read these documents to make sure you are in full accordance with their policies.

Q. What is the PHTCC? 
A. The Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada, or PHTCC, is a national, not-for-profit association of companies, organizations and individuals involved in the aquatic leisure industry.  Members include builders and contractors, retailers, service providers, manufacturers and distributors of swimming pools, hot tubs and water feature products. The PHTCC represents the interests of the top companies that make up the pool and spa industry in Canada. Abiding by the Code of Ethics, Member companies perform to the highest standards of workmanship and service.  Our members promote the safe enjoyment of pools and hot tubs by sharing their knowledge with others. We encourage only the highest standards of quality and professionalism so that all Canadians can take pleasure from our products and services. 

Q. What does a PHTCC Membership cost, what are the other benefits and how do I join?
A. There are several classifications, but the two that are most applicable to this show are:
CLASS 5 - Pool and /or Spa Retailer, Builder, Service company. That employs more than 3 people per year.
$535 plus GST per Year  
or
CLASS 7 - Related Supplier ie Landscaper, Furniture Store, Sunroom Company, Deck Builder, 
$250 plus GST per Year

Not only do you save a minimum of $200 per booth at the Pool, Spa & Patio Show but membership with the PHTCC gives you many additional benefits. Please click the link to find out more information. 
 

 

2018 FLOOR PLAN

Here is the 2018 Floorplan. The 2019 Show will be in the same Hall. As you can see we can accommodate one 10 x 10 booth or up to 20 plus booths for your company. The faster you can get your Contract in means the faster you can specify where you would like to be on the floor. We work on first-come-first- serve basis. You are able to click on it and it will bring up a larger version. 

INSURANCE REQUIRED

THE PHTCC requires a minimum liability insurance $2 Million from all exhibitors.

It is very easy. It's a quick call to your insurance company. Make us an additional insured on your liability insurance.
